Hooven-Dayton Corporation has announced they will be relocating and expanding into a new facility in Miamisburg, OH, USA. The company will take occupancy December 1st and will immediately begin to move equipment, raw materials and people. According to Hooven-Dayton’s Director of Operations Jeff Spahr, “The planning for the move has been underway for several weeks. A detailed plan is required to avoid any service disruption to our customers. Our objective is to seam¬lessly provide our high level of quality and responsiveness to all our customers during our move.” Christopher Che, Hooven-Dayton CEO and President said, “Our Company has grown tremendously the past three years. We are excited to continue our aggressive growth with this new facility as our foundation. The great news is we will be able to keep all our current staff and add more equipment and people without constraints.” Hooven-Dayton is leasing 103,000 square feet of the 196,000 square feet available at 511 Byers Road in the City of Miamisburg. Mark Metzger of Construction Managers of Ohio, the owners of the property, commented, “Without the full cooperation of the current occupant Kurz Kasch and Hooven-Dayton, help from the City of Miamisburg and a very crea¬tive lease plan, this move would not have been possible.” City of Miamisburg City Manager Keith Johnson said: ”The City of Miamisburg is pleased to welcome Hooven-Dayton as our newest corporate neighbor. The company has a long history in the Miami Valley and we look forward to helping grow the company in return.” The lease was coordinated through Tom Nikolai of Mark Fornes Realty, Inc. According to Tom, “The deal is another example of the desirability of the Austin Interchange area. It has great access to highways, amenities and other features that help companies attract and retain great employees and to serve a broad customer base.” Hooven-Dayton Corporation is a 76 year old supplier of high quality, flexographic and digital labels, coupons, short run flexible packaging and specialty printing. Headquartered in Dayton Ohio, HDC has two plants in Ohio and one in Richmond, Indiana. Specialty offerings include: lottery bet slips and receipt rolls; coinless casino slot machine tickets; high end special effects; variable data; numbering; and barcodes (including 2D, QR Codes and MS Tags, vari¬able or static).
